Recently I’ve been working with another lens, kindly on loan from my friend Jack.
Its a 55-200MM lens that has auto focus and a very nice lens hood. Its really good for close ups with lots of chunky depth of field and crisp shots at quite some distance. I recall taking a photo of a boat on a lake and the detail blew me away, you could see the every little flake in the paint and the wood grain, not to mention the owner swimming after it…
It handle’s low light well and is a very good all round lens, a recommended purchase as an upgrade from a 18-55mm if your looking for more depth and you need just that little more zoom on your shots.
Now to locate an affordable 50mm lens…
Projects oh my!
So suddenly I’ve gone from having on project to having three! One was suggested by a good friend of mine. Its bold, its brave and I like it! Then theres my urbex project I’m putting some serious downtime into (need another notebook!) and then theres a personal project which I guess I’ve wanted to do for some time now. Not alot of people know it. But I have some serious issues that I’ve been addressing and well. I wanted to deal with this one in my own little way. Watch this space.
